Maternitec Limited collects very little personal data through this website: only what you choose to send us by email, and the basic technical data needed to run the site.

Maternitec Limited, registered in Ireland, company number 797769, registered office 43 Laurel Road, Dublin 14, D14 AY09. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at info@maternitec.com.
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you include, such as a CV or details of your organisation.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and the site has no forms or newsletter sign-up. Please do not send us medical information about yourself or your pregnancy. We cannot give medical advice.

We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services. Microsoft or Amazon Web Services may process some data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 2 years after our last contact with you
- CVs: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Server logs: up to 90 days
YouTube video
Our video is embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only loads when you click play. When you play it, Google may collect data and store cookies or similar technologies on your device, as described in Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Cookies
We do not set any cookies on this website. The only cookies or similar technologies that may be stored on your device are YouTube's, and only if you choose to play our video. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@maternitec.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission (https://www.dataprotection.ie).

We will update this policy before adding forms, a newsletter or analytics to the site. Any changes will be posted on this page.
